1. Degrees of Mentoring - What it takes to work effectively with colleges
Come learn from a national leader in girls mentoring
who has worked with dozens of colleges and universities around the
country. Learn best practices and approaches to creating and sustaining
relationships with area colleges and getting them engaged with your
programs. Find out what it takes to build and maintain cycles of
mentoring in your program.

2. Mentors on the Move: Using physical activity to help mentor matches connect
You don’t need to be a jock
or a sports expert to use play to connect with a mentee. Learn how to be
intentional about physical activity for large groups, mid size groups, and
learn a host of free and low cost physical activities around Boston. BONUS:
Learn tips on how mentors can have effective conversations with mentees on
nutrition, self-esteem and wellness.

3. Mentors in the Mix: Using ice breakers and group activities
When doing peer leadership
what are effective ways of getting the older and the younger girls connected to
one another? How do you help them
connect when they first meet? You will leave with concrete ideas for
icebreakers and group activities.
